Falafel Sandwich

One of the most quintessential and beloved dish of Middle Eastern foods, a warm pita bread stuffed with crispy hot falafel balls, surrounded by cool and crunchy diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions, and drenched with nutty tahini sauce.


A staple Middle Eastern dish which consists of fried spiced balls of ground chickpeas stuffed into a pita bread with hot sauce, tahini sauce, and salad like tomato, lettuce, cucumber, onion, parsley, and yogurt.


Baklava is a delicious, flaky dessert made with thin sheets of dough soaked in honey and layered with nuts. Great wide sheets of pastry are stretched so thin they become transparent, before being buttered and layered on top of one another.
